Travel Information .

Gyula is about 180km from Budapest airport, travel by car will take around 2.5 hours, or 2hrs on the train, Gyula has its own station.

There is also a station right next to the airport, ensure that you plan your arival to coincide with a train or there could be a long wait, alternatively, a short taxi ride to Budapest mainline stations will give you more options

Property prices have increased 25% a year over the last two years and is set to continue.

Gyula counciil have plans to expand the current thermal baths with another 27 pools to adress the high level of tourists using the facilities.

As well as the cable TV and high speed internet, we have now added Satellite TV in the Penthouse, where many film, music and news channels are from the UK, as well as a huge number of German channels.

The cable TV has many Hungarian and Romanian channels, many of which are in English.

On top of this, there is a huge video, DVD and Blue Ray, collection, and with screens in two of the three bedrooms.
